Sunday Afternoon Art – Miniatures

Looking for something creative to do this weekend? Inspired by our Sunday Afternoon Art sessions, we are posting easy art activities for families online.

Today we are taking inspiration from our miniatures gallery activity from last year.

What do you need?

A camera or phone with a camera
Some small toys or figures

What to do?

Take your toys or figures round your house, into the garden, or even out with you for your daily exercise. Find somewhere to place your figure in the space and take some photographs. You could make up a story.

Look at our examples to inspire you and get placing. Don’t forget to collect your miniature before you head home! If you are really enjoying it then try making your pictures into a quick animation using a free app on your phone (there are lots available).
